This Privacy Policy explains how Eventasy (“the App”) handles information. Eventasy is an offline-first event planning app. Your data is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers.

1) Information We Collect & Store

Eventasy stores only the data you enter in the app:

No account is required. We do not run a backend for syncing, analytics, or advertising.

2) Device Permissions

Camera — only when you choose to add a photo to your mood board.
Photo Library / Storage — to select and display photos in your mood board.

Permissions are requested at the time of use and can be revoked in your device settings.

3) How We Use Your Data

Display and manage your event information within the app.
Calculate summaries (e.g., budget totals, RSVP counts) locally on your device.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

4) Data Sharing & Third Parties

Eventasy does not integrate third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, advertising networks, or social logins. Your data does not leave your device unless you explicitly export or back it up using your own services.

5) Data Retention & Deletion

Your data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes the app’s local data. You may also delete individual items (tasks, guests, vendors, photos) from within the app.

6) Children’s Privacy

Eventasy is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will assist with removal.

7) International Transfers

We do not transfer your data to any servers outside your device.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect app changes or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
